M'side on a Saturday Night
This was part of our everyday project. We were to try to take the camera everywhere we went for five days. I took this shot on my way down to the mside football game. I really like all the different aspects of the picture, and how you can see the sillouhettes in the foreground, bright colors in the background, and sunlight reflection off the car roofs and yet you can still see the score of the game. So many different level in one pic.

Puddle Picture
I took this picture in a puddle after the last rain and liked it so much that I decided to make it my book cover. Patrick

Kassie & Jude
This is one of the pictures I took the other night. I liked the high contrast black and white better than the low contrast and really liked how it turned out. - Chelsi

Film Noir
I was sitting in my room when I saw this outside my window. I loved the sunset that night so I took a picture. As I was looking through them I found this one and loved it. I tried it in black and white and thought it looked good. I was wondering what everyone thought of it for film noir. - chelsi

Self-Portrait
Nocturnal
From the beginning of this project, I thought about ghostly images for "nocturnal." My roommate volunteered to be my model, so she put on a light-colored, flowy dress and walked around Eppley. I had the camera set on a 30 sec. shutter speed, and then I had her take a step and then stop for 5 seconds. At the end, I had her stop for about 15-20 seconds so that she would show up more at the end. While these didn't end up looking the way I originally thought they would, I like how you can see through her. They definitely pull off the ghostly feel, what do you think?
